1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Oldtimer Inventory website, a community platform dedicated to classic vehicle enthusiasts. By accessing the site, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

2. Site Access

The site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Browsing is free without registration. Creating an account (free) is required to contribute content (vehicle census, documents, comments).

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access for non-compliance with these Terms, without notice or compensation.

3. Account Creation

• The user must provide a valid email address and a unique username.
• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• The user must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

By publishing content (vehicle records, photos, documents), the user:

• Certifies being its author or having the necessary rights for publication.
• Grants the site a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it.
• Remains solely responsible for the published content.

Any unlawful, offensive, misleading content, or content infringing third-party rights or copyrights (including commercial technical manuals) is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

The editorial content of the site (structure, design, code) is protected by copyright. User-submitted content remains their property, subject to the license granted to the site. Vehicle brands and models mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

6. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or inability to access it. The site is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability.

7. Changes to Terms
