Frequently Asked Questions

Check your Spam / Junk folder first — emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, go to the verification page and use the "Resend code" button. If the problem persists, contact us.

Go to the Census module and click "Add a vehicle". You must be logged in. Select the correct brand, model and series, then fill in the available information.

Submitted documents are reviewed by an administrator before publication. This usually takes 24 to 48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your document is approved or rejected.

Creating clubs requires Club or Designer & Club rights. If you don't have these rights, contact an administrator to request them. Once granted, a "Create a club" button will appear in the Clubs module.

Same as clubs: you need Club or Designer & Club rights. Contact an administrator to get those rights. You can then create events from the Events module.

In the Census module, click the ★ icon next to a series in the left menu to favourite it. On a vehicle's detail page, use the "Add to favourites" button. Your favourites are accessible from your profile.

Go to your profile, in the "Notifications" section, and enable "Notify me when a favourite vehicle is listed for sale". You'll receive an automatic email.

In your profile, "Notifications" section, enable "Notify me when a new vehicle is added to a favourite series". You'll be emailed each time a new vehicle is added.

Open your vehicle's page in the Census module and click "Edit". Check the "For sale" box, enter the price and currency, then save. Your vehicle will then be visible as available for sale.
